CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE PRODUCT BACK TO OUR FACILITY (WE WILL SHIP EXCHANGES BACK, FREE OF CHARGE). CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE US WITH TRACKING FOR RETURN (BEST PRACTICE). EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED WITH ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL CONTENTS. ITEMS MUST NOT BE USED, WORN, OR PHYSICALLY ALTERED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY EXCHANGES BASED ON THESE PREMISES.
